Nick Pasternak

Nick Pasternak is a Vice President at Firehouse Strategies. Now a registered Democrat, Nick spent years working in Republican communications, most recently serving as the Speechwriter and Communications Coordinator for Senator David Perdue (R-GA).

A native of South Carolina, Nick started his career interning for political campaigns in the Palmetto State, including Senator Marco Rubio’s 2016 presidential bid. He later worked in political consulting, where he directed communications efforts for local candidates, as well as grassroots issue advocacy campaigns. In addition, Nick served as campaign manager for a successful South Carolina State House race, and as a Project Director at Firehouse Strategies.

Nick holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Communications from American University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina.
